Gennaro asks whether engineer must prepare crane permit application
Gennaro asks if an engineer is required to submit the application. Rebecki and Wendy Wan confirm that an engineer is required for a crane permit.
And then the follow-up to that is, well, I mean, we're trying to couch this in terms of the type of operation that would be necessary for a solar panel.
I mean, there are cranes and there are cranes.
And so...
So to the extent that we can couch the answers in terms of what might realistically be necessary for the installation of a solar panel, that would be helpful.
And so the follow-up to that is how much do these permits cost?
And again, I'm thinking in terms of the type of...
Crane operation that you would need to do a solar panel if you can fit it into that box?
Sure, if I think I understand the question.
Basically, we'll start with the easy part that a crane permit is anywhere between $150 and $250 for a permit application.
And as far as a crane to install a solar panel, typically it could more than likely be a comp
with the type of equipment that does not require a crane permit, such as like a, I'm going to use the not right name, the man lift, or aerial lift, that's the word, or something like that.
As far as a crane that you need a permit for,
I don't think that's necessarily a requirement for an installation of a solar panel.
Did I answer your question?
I mean, yeah, you gave me the price, and that's what we were going for, and the background was also helpful.
