Council staff gives hearing instructions and silences electronics

Council staff welcomes attendees to the Committee on Fire and Emergency Management, asks that electronics be silenced, directs anyone wishing to fill out an appearance card to the Sergeant at Arms, and instructs the public not to approach the dais. The Chair is then invited to begin.
