My name is Kitty Rudiman.
I'm 80 years old and I'm on a fixed income.

Totally depressed.
They're planning to, I'm on the sixth floor, my windows face Queens Boulevard.
You can imagine with a 21-story high-rise right in front of my windows, I wake up in the morning and see the sky every morning.
I will now have no light, no air.
I will be completely entombed.

I thank you all for your time.
Thank you, Kitty.
You may begin.

You may begin.
