Hi, my name is Zach Miller.
I am a longtime Forest Hills resident.
I grew up in Rego Park.
I am raising my family in Forest Hills, and I'm very supportive of this project.
I think this is the smart kind of development that the neighborhood needs to attract and maintain young families to Forest Hills to be able to also live close to relatives and friends.
While also being cognizant of transportation needs, while being cognizant of business concerns, I really do encourage this type of project, this type of forward-thinking development.
And so just as a resident, I wanted to come on and say that I am supportive of this.
