Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to today's committee on sanitation and solid waste management.
I want to give all of you guys that are actually in here a round of applause.

My name is Justin Sanchez.
I am a council member and proud chair of this committee.
I want to thank all members of the committee and the representatives of the admin for joining us today.
The council members who are here present with us are Council Member Zhuang, Council Member Lewis, Council Member Hankerson,
I see no one on Zoom.
