Aldebol and Pollack clarify EAP coverage and participation numbers
Aldebol asks whether EAP numbers include DOE and H&H; Pollack says EAP serves DOE, H&H, and other agencies while uniformed agencies have their own programs, and clarifies Work Well reached 60,000 participants.
Yeah, because 16, does that include the DOE and other employees, or is it just the 100 and...
What was it, 160-something employees?
So EAP serves the Department of Education and health and hospitals.
Some of the uniformed agencies have their own EAP programs, but our EAP program will never turn anyone away.
But it does serve DOE and health and hospitals and NIH as well.
WorkWell will also participate with every agency who wants to program it.
So we do have a lot of work to do.
You know, it's 370,000 employees, including H&H and DOE, and 16,000 have availed themselves.
Oh, I thought it was 60,000, 6-0.
Oh, 60.
Yes, 6-0.
Oh, 16.
But still.
That's a better number.
Right, better number.
Still, the point stands.
We're always looking for ways to expand and to reach more people.
And we certainly welcome the council's thoughts and partnership in any ideas you may have.
But it's a constant effort.
Like I said, it's not different.
Types of employees you have to reach in different ways and something we're always working through.
Thank you.
I appreciate that.
