Chair Williams thanks the panel, says it is nice to hear CIG institutions embraced the plan, and recalls that some cultural institutions were initially anxious when CreateNYC came out.

Yeah, and it's nice to hear the SIGs embrace the plan.

I was a lobbyist when the plan came out, and some of my cultural institutions were freaking out.

So it's nice to hear that there has been progress and, like, a sincere adaptation of many of the goals, and you all kind of, like, doing your own thing based off of what the city sort of required.

But it seems, based off of the testimony, that it also has been.
