Council staff opens Health Committee hearing and gives attendee instructions

Council staff welcomes attendees to the Committee on Health hearing, asks everyone to silence electronic devices, and directs those wishing to testify to fill out a slip with the Sergeant at Arms. Staff also warns that no one may approach the front desk and then invites the Chair to begin.
