So we do have a really active recruitment program, and again, we would welcome your help.

We want to be fully staffed as soon as we can, and we're really routinely looking for great candidates.

I'll say that our commissioner is very enthusiastic about this as well, and he's been out on inspections, he's met with our inspectors, and has been posting on his own social media to market what a great job this is.
