I will now open the hearing on L.U.'s 153 and 154 regarding Studio 54 Rehabilitation and Tax Amendment in Councilmember Wilson's district.
The applicant is seeking to restore an old theater in Midtown and transfer the development rights generated by the lot where the theater is located.
