Lim presents auditorium and balcony rehabilitation
Lim says the orchestra level will be re-raked, the lower and upper balconies rebuilt, and ADA seating redistributed beyond the front row. She says the changes will improve sight lines, comfort, and the patron experience throughout the house.

In the auditorium and patron seating, on the ground floor, the orchestra we've already spoke about, it's been flattened out.
So the orchestra will be re-raked so that the sight lines, again, will be restored in addition to the orchestra pit.
There will also be a better distribution of ADA seating, which right now, because of configuration, is limited to the front row, really sides of the orchestra level.
The balcony will be rebuilt, both the lower and upper balcony.
Because currently, Carol mentioned the pitching of the balcony, the steepness of the rake, and the sight lines, as well as there's no accessibility on the upper levels.

I think I jumped ahead a little bit on the rehabilitation.
So we are re-raking the orchestra level, rebuilding the balcony in full, which allows, again, greater patron accessibility on all levels of the seating.
It also provides for better comfort, better sight lines.
and improves the experience for the patrons.
