So I certainly can follow back on, follow up on how we will follow up with community board, BP, city council recommendations.
Sometimes, in some ways, this is also codified in our CPC report, but we can follow up on that for sure.
And I think the second question was.
Yeah, there are certainly a number of projects citywide that are waiting for financing.
We have more projects that we're working in our pipeline than we have resources to finance in any given year.
Very excited about new resources that have been added to our budget through the housing plan.
And I don't have the data in front of me about Community District 13, but I'm happy to follow up.
