Any future application of a 30 FAR would have to go through a separate rezoning before this body, before city council.
And then with respect to where we are in the public process for 100 gold, a scoping hearing will be held on the 29th, October 29th, very soon.
I completely understand that, but any future rezoning can be a spot rezoning, right?
It doesn't have to take that adverse impact that allowing a mapping of a whole district that even includes this.
