Council staff calls the hearing to order, asks attendees to silence electronic devices, and instructs anyone wishing to testify to fill out an appearance card with the Sergeant at Arms before handing the floor to the Chair.

Good morning and welcome to New York City Council hearing on community and housing and building.

At this time we are asking everyone to sign all electronic devices and at no point in time in this hearing anyone should approach the DA's.

If you wish to testify in today's hearing and have a little appearance card please do so with a starter at the back.
