Gale A. Brewer

I just want to say in terms of SCRI and DRI, we all talk about the issue of being able to live in New York affordably, and I have to say these two bills do that.

Gale A. Brewer

We hear about child care, we hear about the cost of groceries and fuel, but these two bills are really the way to add to the people who are older or who have a disability.

Gale A. Brewer

So I just want to say thank you to all of our colleagues, particularly Council Member Farrah Lewis and everybody, to say yay for old people.

Gale A. Brewer

Thank you.
