Council Member Encarnación associates with colleagues, votes aye on all

Encarnación.

Permission to explain my vote?

Permission granted.

Thank you, Madam Majority Leader.

I'd like to be associated with the comments of my colleagues, Councilmember Caban, Audible, De La Rosa, and of course, Councilmember Gail Brewer as well for her insightful words on this vote.

I am extremely proud of my colleagues, everyone who is passing a bill today, but those that really fought really hard to get here today.

I am very proud to be here and to be on this floor and honored to vote yes on all.

Thank you.

Epstein.
