Given that the department is weathering a general staff recruitment and retention, I don't want to call it a crisis anymore because it seems like you guys are doing significant work around that.

Do those same issues exist to programs that the Department of Probation provides, or does the department see staffing these programs as the sole responsibility of the vendor?
