Stevens thanks youth advocate and says youth should speak first
Stevens thanks Alva-Willatron for bringing the youth voice and apologizes that he waited. She says young people should speak first in the Children and Youth committee, and he says he does not mind waiting and will testify again.

Children and youth is about the young people, and your voice is just as important, if not the most important in the room.
