Williams recognizes Anthony Wells, president of Local 371, and other unions present. He says staff need resources and hopes everyone can work together so young people return to their communities in better condition.

I do want to recognize that there haven't been Anthony Wells, president of Local 371, and a lot of the unions who are here.

I know you're doing as best job as you can there, and you know you need resources as well, so hopefully we can work together to figure this out so everybody feels safe and is safe, and young people return to the communities hopefully in a better condition than they came in.
