Epstein asks how outreach works for community hires and how residents learn about opportunities. Harry describes the referral source network, including SBS, HRA, labor unions, and about 28 CBO providers.

Can you tell us about what the outreach process looks like for these community hires and how we make sure that people in our districts know that this hiring is happening?
Yeah, so we, as I mentioned in my testimony, we have a network of referral sources, and the referral sources include the city's public workforce system, like SPS and HRA,
as well as many labor unions, as well as many CBO providers, so like about 28 so far.
And so much of the outreach about community hiring is happening on the ground through those entities.
And they vary depending on the type of organization, whether that's, and some of that is proactive, some of that is people working into centers and learning about opportunities.
