Banks asks if there is an agreement between NYCHA and DFTA on liaison
Banks asks if there is an agreement between NYCHA and DFTA on the responsibility of the liaison. McKenzie says the current framework is better than waiting for an MOU. She says they meet quarterly, liaisons meet, and tickets are reviewed regularly.
Is there an agreement between NITRA and DIFTA on the responsibility of the liaison?
In my opinion, the framework that we have now is even greater than having an MOU or waiting for an MOU process.
I think what we've done immediately is to start to hit the ground running with making sure that we agree that we're going to meet quarterly, that we do have the framework for our liaisons to meet,
and that we are reviewing tickets regularly and also resolving issues right away.
So, no, I think the written agreement couldn't be better than what we have right now.
Okay.
