Hudson asks if there are emergency funds for immediate needs
Hudson asks if there are emergency funds for immediate needs. Trimble says emergency immediate repairs are different from comprehensive capital improvements. Life-health-safety repairs are responded to by NYCHA based on severity, but comprehensive improvements depend on allocated funding.
