Morgage says PRC pressures Riverstone to sign unfavorable license agreement

New York City Council · Oct 27, 2026 · starts 0:18:14 · 1 min 21 sec

The agreement includes eviction if Riverstone fails to maintain insurance coverage, which PRC caused them to lose. She says the template from NYCHA appears framed for for-profit enterprises.
