Narcisse asks about missed appointments from transportation; Jimenez on no-show tracking
Narcisse asks whether H&H collects data on missed appointments due to transportation challenges. Jimenez says H&H tracks no-show rates but not the reasons, and Long says they will look at the data.
Does H&H collect data on missed appointments attributable to transportation challenges?
If so, what trends has the system identified?
That's where I was going.
For no-show rates, I mean, we track no-show rates, as Dr.
Long was saying.
We are constantly iterative about how to message, how to schedule in the best way to reduce no-show rates.
But I don't believe at the moment we track the reason why.
The reason why.
Because they're not showing up.
So we'll have to look back at.
We can see if we have anything in the data.
Those transportation challenges can be real.
That's what I was saying.
Some places that they have to get out, if they take trains, they don't have no elevator.
They can be...
I have no doubt it contributes, certainly, to no-show rates.
Yeah, we can take a look in our data and see if we have anything on that.
We do, to Jonathan's point, we have a very careful way of looking at no-show rates because that's been one of our most important indicators to improve access.
So we try to do everything we can to make sure people are coming.
Certain ones, you cannot do anything about it, more likely, but some that you can do something about.
Maybe that's the reason you collect data to see what can you improve in those things.
