Brewer closes hearing and promises follow-up on ad funding
Brewer says the committee has heard from everyone who signed up and invites anyone missed to submit a slip or raise a hand on Zoom. She notes written testimony can be submitted for 72 hours, thanks staff and witnesses, promises follow-up, and adjourns.
Thank you, Terry Wisdom, and we're going to fix that website.
And I appreciate everyone who's been here today.
Okay, we've now heard from everyone who has signed up to testify.
If we inadvertently missed anyone who would like to testify in person, please visit the sergeant's table and complete a slip.
If we missed anyone who would like to testify virtually, please use the raised hand function in Zoom, and a member of our staff will call on you in the order of hands raised.
I don't know that anyone is going to do that, but if I will call the names of anyone who registered to testify but has not yet filled out a witness slip, I don't think anybody is in that category.
Seeing no one, I'd like to note again that written testimony, which will be reviewed in full by committee staff, may be submitted
for the record up to 72 hours after the close of this hearing by emailing it to testimony at council.nyc.gov.
I mostly want to thank everyone who's here from the council staff as well as those who testified, and I can promise you that we are going to follow up.
I think this hearing was well-timed in the sense that it puts a little heat on the fact that the money has to flow.
Thank you all very, very much, and we are on the case.
Thank you.
Adjourned.
