Is it true that we could do subcontracting if nothing else works?
The contract does allow for 30% subcontracting.

Yes.
Okay, that's not everything then, okay.
Also, just so you know, the people, principals do not have a contact for the other provider.
They don't know how to reach them.
I obviously know, so I made the contact, but they did not have a contact, just so you know.
They contacted you to get a contact.
So I hope that can be changed.
It's really causing a lot of challenges.
Also, PS145 is not happy.
They want LEAP.
I assume you know that.
They also contacted me.

And so they, too, are upset.
So we've got a lot of upset people, just FYI.
In terms of contracting, we work, we have wonderful staff, we work constantly, really almost with a lot of agencies in Manhattan, not just in my district.
