Yeah, so the speed effort, as I understand it, is to really look at communities that are being upzoned, travel demand, et cetera.

And so what I want to know is, will you update?

Any information for newly upzoned neighborhoods?

Because this is a new thing going forward for this upcoming fiscal year, but there are neighborhoods that were recently rezoned.

So just want to understand if this speed effort would apply to them.

So the speed effort specifically is about new rezonings and new developments.

I know.

But we're also still committed to what we've agreed to of doing a very comprehensive traffic study of Jamaica to make sure that we understand exactly how traffic patterns have changed.

I just want to make sure because we just rezoned and then this effort is new.

So just want to make sure.

Like, are you going to also retroactively look at newly rezoned areas?

Because we just rezoned it last year.

So, yes, we are studying that area.

It's not part of the new funding, but it's part of the work that we do in our normal course of business.
