The council would obviously be extremely disappointed if this contract was cut next year.

Yeah, so I can confirm that that was the recommendation on behalf of the cost savings team.

That would be advantageous, first of all, to us because despite the fact that it's used across agency, all of the cost sits with the OE.
And so we wanted to have a conversation with the vendor as well as with our agency partners about how to move forward.
And we're involved in those discussions, and we're hopeful that we can get to something that doesn't involve the disruption of the service.
