DVS witnesses sworn in by committee counsel
Morano introduces four DVS representatives, and committee counsel administers the oath to the administration witnesses before testimony begins.
We have four very energetic, very dynamic representatives of DVS to offer their insight on both the legislation we're hearing today and the oversight topic that we're looking into.
So I'd like to turn it over to our committee counsel to administer the oath to witnesses from the administration.
