Zayas shares certificate of compliance timing data: Bronx 130 days average, Kings 74 days, New York 145 days, Queens 60 days, Richmond 46 days, noting these exclude complex homicide cases.
Oh, I think I do have it here.
So these are days that it takes them to file the certificate of compliance.
And so in the Bronx, the average day is 130 days, 112 median days.
In Kings County, it's 74 days.
average days, 56 median days.
New York County, it's 145 days and 105 median days.
In Queens, which is where I was the administrative judge and chair, I know you're from Queens too,
In terms of that, they are probably doing the best.
It's average 60 days and 44 median days.
But nothing different.
What's that?
I expect nothing different at the best from Queens.
And then in Richmond, it's 46 average days and 28 median days.
So, and, you know, that doesn't include the really more complex cases such as homicides of that nature.
So these are just your other serious felonies, but not homicides.
