To approve modifications LU 67, 68, 69, and 71 related to the monitor point rezoning proposal, LU 72 through 74 related to the Do It Clinton Park North rezoning proposal at 801 11th Avenue,

and LU 75 through 77 related to the Do It Clinton Park North rezoning proposal at 629 West 54th Street.
