Chair Louis introduces Monitor Point rezoning proposal in Greenpoint
Chair Louis introduces LU 67, 68, 69, and 71 for the Monitor Point project in Council Member Restler's district, describing the mixed-use development with a museum, market-rate building, and affordable housing building on MTA-controlled land.
Thank you, Councilmember Brewer.
The other vote concerns LU 67, 68, 69, and 71, related to the Monitor Point rezoning proposal in Councilmember Ressler's district.
The applicant is seeking to develop a mixed-use residential project in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
That would consist of a museum building, a market rate building with MIH permanently affordable housing known as the West Building, and a 100% affordable housing building known as the East Building.
