What are your plans for the community facility?

So the applicant is an owner of a pizzeria and is in the eating and drinking business and the pizzeria is actually located across the street so I believe the intention is to put a similar use in the space or one of the existing tenants that he currently has in his portfolio.
In terms of community facility space at this time, none is proposed, although there is potential for that in the future.
