Pierre Downing presents project timeline and HPD pipeline status
Downing outlines the project timeline: community outreach began spring 2025 with CM Osei, committee meetings through fall 2025, CB3 unanimous approval and Borough President approval earlier this year. The team has been working with HPD for 1.5 years on financials, targeting closing summer 2027 with a two-year construction period thereafter.

So here you just have an overview of kind of where we are and where we're headed.
You can see just in terms of community outreach, we began this process in spring of 25, you know, with Councilmember Chiosi, and then we kind of moved through the various, you know, committee meetings through the fall of 2025.
And then earlier this year, we met with the community board, and as Andrew indicated, got a unanimous approval, and they got a favorable outcome from the real president.

In terms of financial closing, we have been working in Tandem with HPD for the past year and a half, working through the financials.
Or the financial execution, and we are in the pipeline, presuming a positive outcome here for closing summer of next year.
