New York City Council · Jul 1, 2026 · starts 1:25:51 · 1 min 20 sec

Henry details the approximately 13,000-square-foot community facility including a multipurpose room, administrative offices, library, eight classrooms, and Musala space. The residential program includes 6,200 square feet of commercial space, 75,000 square feet of residential with 110 senior studios, 34 one-bedrooms, and one two-bedroom super unit, entered along Putnam Avenue.

Shaniqua Henry

For the community facility, which is what we're looking at here, what you'll see is that the ground floor and cellar space, excuse me, are dedicated towards the community building.

Shaniqua Henry

There's a multipurpose room in the cellar.

Shaniqua Henry

The first floor has administrative offices for the school as well as a library.

Shaniqua Henry

At the second floor, there are eight classrooms as well as common area gathering spaces for students.

Shaniqua Henry

And at the third floor is the Musala space.

Shaniqua Henry

The total community facility is approximately 13,000 square feet.

The next slide.

The residential program, the existing residential entry is located along Putnam Avenue, where the building is recessed and commercial spaces are located at the ground floor.

Shaniqua Henry

There's a total of approximately 6,000 square feet of commercial space.

Shaniqua Henry

I believe it's exactly 6,200.

Shaniqua Henry

There's also 75,000 square feet of residential for 144 units, 110 of which are senior studios, and 34 are one bedrooms and a two bedroom supers unit.

And I'm going to conclude.
