I think part of the value of the commission is looking at pay, but holistically within the broader
city council and government structure to determine, are there reforms that could be tied to a pay increase, right?

Yeah, I think financial disclosure is what we focused on, given that it is obviously directly related.
And it does get some of the potential corruption issues that Councilmember Zwing mentioned specifically.
