Lee outlines agenda: expense budget designations and UBT tax credit decrease
Lee explains the committee will vote on preconsidered transparency resolutions for expense budget funding designations and a preconsidered resolution decreasing the credit against the city personal income tax for residents' share of the city unincorporated business tax (UBT).
At today's hearing, the committee will consider and vote on the following items.
Pre-consider transparency resolutions sponsored by me to approve the new designation and changes in the designation of certain organizations
to receive funding in the expense budget, and one pre-considered resolution in relation to decreasing the credit against the city personal income tax on residents for such residents'share
of city unincorporated business tax paid by partnerships in which such residents are partners or businesses of which such residents are proprietors.
