Could you discuss some more how the construction of the new addition will be achieved on the existing building and whether you plan to keep the existing businesses open during construction?

At current, we have had active conversations with Trader Joe's and the other tenants in the building, and they will remain open during construction.

Construction will be staged in a way, because we have four frontages, construction will be staged in a way to allow for those businesses to remain.
