Okay, I have a couple of questions by Councilmember Ressler because he had to step out.
The community board asks that you consider redesigning the bike parking in the Trader Joe's parking lot for better and safer access.
Will you make best efforts to fulfill that request?
I can say yes, the applicant does intend to work with Trader Joe's.
I would just note that, and we've given this response to the community board as well as to the council member, and I think the council member is fully aware of this, the bike spaces are within the Trader Joe's leased premises.
So the applicant fully intends to use best efforts to work with Trader Joe's to make sure that that space is better configured.
including incorporating community feedback as to how we can make it safer and more accessible.
Consider that part of the feedback.
