At this point, we have some ideas about potential tenants for the community facility.

And as you can imagine, there are a lot of families in this area and we are in desperate need of park space.
Would you guys be open to, excuse me, investing in the local parks?

We haven't sort of, we don't sort of fully understand the, to generally answer your question, we're not opposed to that.
We're just concerned with what that would look like and, you know, how that would work in the context of seeking a discretionary action before the city council.
