Thomas-Henry asks if the applicant is open to collaborating with other developers along the corridor on design and commercial space to preserve neighborhood character and avoid retail monopolization. Esposito adds they have a personal relationship with that developer and agree coordination on community facility uses would be smart.

As you heard Chair Lewis mention, there was another development recently approved in this corridor a couple of blocks down, and there are potential other developments along this.
You're open to collaborating with the other developers just in terms of design and when you're thinking about the commercial space.
Some type of coordination so that all developments are working cohesively with each other in terms of the character of the neighborhood, preserving the character of the neighborhood, as well as not looking to monopolize the retail.
