Abreu recognizes additional council members who joined, thanks Finance Division staff including Deputy Director Edev, Chief Economist Dimnakou, analysts, and counsel for preparing the hearing, then introduces DOF Commissioner Richard Lee and Deputy Commissioner Annette Hill.
