How many outstanding ECB judgments are currently eligible for the program, and what is the amount of debt outstanding that is associated with ECB violations?

So as of the beginning of fiscal year 2026, we identified $573 million in outstanding debt that is potentially collectible, with an additional $744 million that is currently deemed uncollectible.
