Considering the amount of debt outstanding and other resources like the marshals and sheriff's office, do you feel you have sufficient DOF employee collection staff?
Where we are utilizing different strategies.
In order to increase our ECB collections, one of which I explained earlier, working with our partner agencies in terms of permitting and such.
And so we are constantly working to improve and find new strategies that will help us further collect and increasing resources on our legal side.

Actually, since you mentioned that, I did have a question about the work you're doing to partner with other city agencies, a whole plethora of things, converting DOB-issued ECBs,
requiring license and permit holders to satisfy ECB judgments, implementing targeted outreach.
Do you have an estimate of how much additional revenue you expect each of these initiatives to generate in FY27?
Some we have general estimates for, some others we don't.
You mentioned ECB conversions as one of them.
That's one of the things that we are working closely with DOB on to see if we can introduce legislation for such things.
So we don't necessarily have an estimate for that one.
But for others, we do, like the partnership that we have with, let's say, like DOB and DOT with the permitting actions before permits are issued, having them cure all ECB violations.
Our initial, very preliminary estimate is something around the ballpark of like $10 million.
