A number of potential uses were identified.
Again, it's still too early, but taking into account the information they received from these prospective tenants, to Frank's point, the building has been designed with a higher floor-to-ceiling height on the ground floor,
with more power coming into the building as well, so that these light manufacturing uses, once they're in, could actually thrive in the space.
