This is a good project as well.
It's a, you know, I always love when the development team lives in the neighborhood.
And in this instance, one of the two developers doesn't just live in the neighborhood, lives down the block.
And so the project that's being built here is really for the community that lives here, that works here, that spends time here.
And the commitments around community facility space are impressive.
The developer has already, I think, dramatically changed the planned.
Um,
unit size breakers.
down of the project, so we're going to see a lot of two-bedrooms, three-bedrooms, even four-bedroom units in this project.
It's not too many projects where we see a majority of the units are multiple-bedroom units, but that's what we have here.
I'm really excited about the shul, the mikvah, the community facilities that are going to meet the needs of the whole neighborhood.
And so I think this is a very positive project and happy for the development team to share more insights.
Thank you, Councilmember.
