Yeah, so a couple things.
I mean, first of all, the state of New Jersey just passed their e-bike legislation.
It was done on the state level, and it's done on the state level because of the state DMV.
New York State, similarly, has their state DMV, which is really the agency that is appropriate to do any kind of registration.
And so certainly in conversations that have happened, even in the last council,
around any kind of e-bike registration, it was made clear by the city Department of Transportation that they don't believe that they have the authority or the capacity to do the registration program.
And so I think there's pretty much uniform agreement around that, that it is a state issue.
