rezoning proposal in Councilmember Thomas Henry's district in Queens for a zoning map amendment and zoning text amendment, which together will facilitate the development of a new mixed-use development with approximately 119 units,
including up to 30 affordable units through MIH.
Our modification will be to rezone the project area as an R7D district rather than an R7X district based on the predominant existing development patterns in the surrounding area.
