Felder questions data privacy policies for NextGen 911 multimedia features
Felder asks what policies will govern access, retention, sharing, and deletion of photographs, videos, and text messages that NextGen 911 will accept. Gelobter says they need to circle back, noting the Office of Privacy lives within OTI. Barbera clarifies those functions are not in phase one but in the next phase, requiring legal assessment of retention requirements.

Office of Privacy lives in an OTI as well, and so ensuring that whatever we roll out with a NextGen 911 also adheres to best practices there.
I don't have that answer in front of me, unless Rob does.
With this phase of NextGen 911, those functions will not be implemented.
That's in the next phase to come.
