Sanchez asks about other outages beyond August and May. Gelobter says she doesn't believe there were other New Yorker-facing disruptions in 2026, but acknowledges technology issues occur regularly and the team's job is to remediate them quickly before New Yorkers are affected.

So the only thing that I will say around that is there are
Technology issues that occur across the board, right?
I think you've all said, right, technology systems aren't perfect as you make updates or changes or external factors contribute.
And so what we are charged with doing is trying to make sure that New Yorkers aren't affected by it and that the systems, emergency services, continue to stay up and running.

There are technology impacts that our job is to remediate as quickly as possible.
So I can't say there were no other tech problems generally.
